2) It's probably a tempban so you will sit it out.
3) Without a proper motivation, your chances of getting unbanned are already 0% from the start.

That's a bug. It should read 14440 seconds, in stead of minutes. So you got banned for 4 hours.
Anyways, I just saw the reason why and you can expect a strike 1 and a longer ban later on when I update the strike list.
