Fixing the Forums "Upgrade To Pro" Problem

Well as you all may have noticed the forum looks stupid, The problem has been caused because the IMG used in the skin has outdated on photobucket (so this skin got edited for us).
So to fix this the skin needs to be edited, Either in a package (.zip/.rar file) or through the admin panel, But im sure a admin will know how to do this

So here are the images I made the look like the originals (alot similar) so we can have forums looking like it did again:

Its a bit to dark and it doesn't really is the same but its better then nothing Smile

I was able to recover all the old graphics, uploaded them to imagebanana, and updated all old graphics in the CSS file.

Also thanks to d4z0 for his efforts!
