Mic lag. Empty Mic lag.

I was on the sliderace server testing my mic alone(luckily), and it laggs a bit.
So my question is, do i need something to type in console or something to maye it stable and lagless.

When i test it it goes like this. aaaaaaaaaaaa__aaaaaaaaa_Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa_aaaaa and so on..

thats no console option, that is most likely a lack of CPU on your comp, try closing other programs and see if it helps.
