I have no admin experience in Counter Strike, but in a other game I was admin for a long time, in this time(when I was admin in the other game) I learned much about playing in and commanding a team.

I have been playing on the neonDragon server since for about 4 month and I keep going. I’m playing Counter Strike in general since 2007.


About myself:
My name is Christian, I’m 17 years old and I live in a small village called Erbach, it’s a small village in Germany(near Wiesbaden).

I finished school in 2009 and started a education to get a cook(in a Kempinski-Hotel), it’s the job of my dreams and it’s so funny to work in such a big hotel. I’m living alone in my appartment and after work I have some time to play on the neonDragon servers(especially playing on Jail).


My hobbies:

I have alot hobbies but those 2 are the most important: Playing Counter Strike in my free-time with some friends on Jailbreak and working in the Hotel as getting a cook because I already mentioned: It is the job of my dreams. I’m playing the Jailbreak-mod because it’s the best mod in a game and should be a own game in general You ask yourself why I’m playing on neonDragon Jailbreak? Because there are so many fellow mates(some bad aswell, like everywhere), I mean, I’m just playing here for about 1 month and already got friends with alot of guys and can talk with them really nice and in a friendly way. Some guys motivated me to take command sometimes on the server and since I overcame commanding I have fun in doing it and the whole game got even more funny for me(I let the more experienced players take the lead because I’m still learning how to command, although I got the foundation with simon says and so on because I want to know and be able to play all games as commander we have on the server)

At work I have some different working hours, sometimes I play at night and sometimes during the day. thereby I play on the server when there are no members online(most of the time).

Before I started to work I played tennis and tabletennis a long time(to stay healthy) and had much fun in playing them but I had to cancel it because of the work(moved from my home village to Erbach and don’t have that much time).

My motivation:
Because of my work I mostly play on times where no members are online(almost the time from 3-5 am) like I already mentioned. On this time there are so many freekillers or teamkillers online but they don’t care when I say somthing to them(like asking why they killed the guy or telling them to get out of the vent/cage/pool). When I would be member they would probably listen to me and I can explain the rules to them if they don’t know and kick/ban those guys who just keep going with freekilling(rulebreaking in general) so they will get punished and reported by me so they may learn out of it and stop freekilling. And maybe some guys will not break the rules anyways when a member is there(I think they are just breaking the rules because no one is there who punishes them), escpecially at the late hours because I heard that a few nightwalking members got kicked/left the nD-team and it’s seriously annoying when there are just guys who run straigt to the cage and kill all terrorists in it for example.

Dreams:
My life dream is to get a star cook(after I finished my education to get a cook of course) and to open my own restaurant after I got it so I have set myself high targets and I think I can make it after some time
(To get into the nD-team is one of my dreams aswell )

Pro's:

Cons:
- Not sure of your activity, both in-game and for sure on the forum
- When you enter the server you always say "hi QS" and you say hi to every other member, but usually not something like "hi everyone!". This leads me to believe that you're kind of trying to suck up. I might be wrong ofcourse, but it just seems that way.

Conclusion:
I guess we could give you a trial, but try to get more active.

Pros -

1. Behaviour in-game

Always nice and friendly to people on the server, helps people out if they have questions or need help about rules etc. Doesn't go crazy when he gets freekilled or something annoying happens to him on the server, but takes it calmly and asks about it. Good behaviour in-game.

2. Knows the rules

Knows the rules in general, but sometimes some mistakes are done when commanding. However I'm sure all the rules will be extra carefully read if accepted into the team.

3. Strikes

No strikes at all, which is very good. Shows that you're not a rulebreaker.

4. Commander

You have a microphone and I also heard you command, almost everythime I see you play. You command well and show knowledge about the rules.

5. Age

Mature person, which is clearly seen by your behaviour and commanding.

6. Application

Extremely good and descriptive application, with a lot of information about yourself, your experiences and how you want to help the team. A big plus for you.

Cons -

1. Activity in-game

I don't see you that often when I play on the server, maybe you could step that up a notch.

2. Forum activity

Poor activity shown on the forum, seems almost like you only write here because of your application.

3. Reports

0 reports made and no contributions made to existing reports. Try to make some reports because it will really give you a boost in the positive direction.


So to summarize, there are a lot of positive things about you and yourself as a person. Only thing to work on is your activity in-game as well as on the forum, in the form of answering peoples questions, discussing topics and reporting rulebreakers. Good luck .
