Hi nDteam ! So here is my application starting with some basics you just have to know ;-)

- Sex : ask my GF =D , just kidding ; male
- Experience Level (including any previous admin work) : Yup, I was head admin at "Digibattles" a cup/competition for topclans in benelux (maybe some BLX gamers knew it ;-) )
- Average amount of time on our servers per day : 3 hours at a normal day
- Approximately, when did you start playing on our servers? It started about 2-3 months ago
- Do you have a working mic? Yes

So my name is Steven Schaerlaeken, living in Belgium. Besides having fun on CS I have a great hobby: DJ & producing. I'm studiyng ICT at High School, this year it will be my 2nd year there.
I'm playing CS now for 5 - 6 years now but now only for fun (don't play something else then JB). In those past years I've played in great organistations (I've created some too) so I can handle a lot of stress. I'm playing now for about 2-3 months at your jailbreak server (most of the times, if it's not sliderace or smth) and commanding a lot.
I'm not a troublemaker , that's also why I bought VIP. If there isn't an admin online; and there are some people who are doing really annoying I can help you guys to do a vote or something. I really want to keep peace on the server. I know the JB server rules and I've read the guide on the forum . So normally I know all the rules (everyone can make mistakes , that's why we are humans )
As you can see I'm not yet very active on the forum, but I know that is a must, but I'm working on it !

Have only played with this guy once or twice, seems very mature and good commander.
But then I havent been active on jail for a while now, maybe dont know so much about him. Good luck

StevenN, your a good guy and a great commander. You are matture enough and you should fit perfectly for the job.

Steven is a great commander, doesn't make big mistakes as long as I know (everyone makes mistakes ^^). I don't got anything to say actually, but I do think you fit in the jail team.

In my opinion you're a good commander, I've never seen you raging or behaving bad in any way so far and you're always calm, friendly and funny.

Cons:
- I haven't really seen you trying to help out in moderating, by ways of telling players to stop harassing for instance.

Thanks Quick, can I agrue on your "Cons" ; as you can see in my app I bought also the VIP to "moderate" a little bit. I don't mean only if someone is freekilling . But also if someone is harassing. (I try to atleast )

pros:active on servers every day
doesnt (normaly)rage at anyone,always keeps his cool.
as far as i know no strikes
cons:nothing i can think off
