Worth a try...

Hello, most of you may know me ^^

- NickName : Leon

- Age : Im 14 (1996).

- Sex : Male.

- Experience Level (including any previous admin work) : Since i never got any chance from being a member in the another communities/servers im not really sure. But i know how a member/admin should act. Like for example if anyone needs help, im there to answer ^^ (of course..)

- Average amount of time on our servers per day : I play maybe around between 3-5 hours or more a day unless im outside hanging with my friends or playing sports or my ping is f'ed up.

- Approximately, Since when have you been playing on our servers? I have been playing on your server since November i guess, i always played in Zombie Night. Then later around february or march i found the rest of the server, Jail, Surf and more. Then i started to make my forum account when this came up << V.I.P neondragon bla bla bla..V.I.P >> something like that and then BAM!! Leon was born on the forums.

- Do you have a working mic? If that is neccesary then i'll go look for one.. -.-

More about me - I live in Norway and my hobbies are playing soccer, computer, drawing. But most of my freetime i stay at home and playing on my computer if not, im outside hanging with my friends or playing soccer.
My studies are fine, let's say from the scale of 1/6 its 4.5/6 thats how my grades are and btw in autumn i'll start as a nineth grader in school. My favorite subjects in school is geografi, Art and Gym. And when i grow up, my dream i to become an architect. Why? because it sounds cool to make a house, contructions etc. If i dont become an architecht then i'll probably choose Pilot^^.
If i become a jail member i will try as better than i could before . I wanna help moderate the server because im tired of whiners, freekillers and especially swearing.

I see you a lot on the server, for quiet some time. You don't got much admin experience, but the 'ndmenu' isn't hard to learn, actually you only need to learn how to use it fast (guess Marksel still beats me, but I beat Kwaakt, which is awesome). I don't know if you'd be up for the job, you're 14, which is under the age restriction (yes, so am I), but would you be able to handle a full server? I'll put my 'vote' here later on.

Out of all the present applications i have to say this one is the most suitable member material.

Don't worry about admin/member experience. I started without any experience as well (I think you may still find my app in the trash somewhere).
It's mostly about common sense, good will and hell alot of responsibility.

Well leon, hope to see you as a member defenely, played with you sometimes at jail (witch aren't alot) , and you seem like a very nice guy and up to deal with the problems that might come to you.

Pro's:
- You made a nice looking application which is easy on the eyes

Cons:
- Your age
- Haven't heard/seen you commanding
- Haven't seen you trying to help out moderating (telling people to calm down etc)
- No idea if you know the rules well
- Haven't seen you around that much (and if you were you didn't stand out, because apparently I didn't notice you then)

Conclusion:
For now there are too many insecurities as far as I'm concerned and that in combination with your age makes me say no.

Pros -

1. Behaviour in-game

Very cool and friendly fellow, never had any problems with you and you never rage or harass anyone.

2. Strikes

As expected, no strikes due to your friendly personality.

3. Application

Your application is nice, and very informative. Also shows us your motivation to become a member.

4. Forum activity

Good forum activity, almost 100 posts last month, although i wonder how many of those posts are spam and how many are quality posts. Remember quality rather than quantity.

1. Activity in-game

I only remember seeing you a few times on the jailserver. Maybe you play on other neondragon servers?

2. Reports

Don't remember seeing any reports made by you. Try to help us moderate the servers more by reporting rulebreakers when no members are around. After all reporting people is a big part of a members job as well.

3. Knowledge of the rules

Didn't see you that much, so I'm not sure if you know the rules that well.

4. Commander

Never heard you command, and apparently you don't possess a microphone which is an important asset.

5. Age

Only 14 years old, which is 2 years under the accepted age. Could you handle the responsibility?


Unfortunately I managed to list more cons than pros about you, which makes me wonder if you really are ready and fit for the team. You have a lot to work on but good luck anyway

I wanna close it because i bet more than half of the people that applied will get declined, and i bet i will be one of them. And Jail doesn't fit for me anymore. Some of the people that applied would probably do more better than me. Because I 'd rather have quality over quantity, I withdraw my application.
