Pros -

1. Activity

Even though I dont really see you so much playing when I play during the daytime, I do remember you being very active when you came back from your break, and as you state you play 4 hours a day mainly during the night, which is enough activity in my oppinion. The activity on the forum is also present.

2. Behaviour in-game

Generally fun and enjoyable to play with, although he sometimes can be a little harsh, which I'm sure has/will change.

3. Age

Very mature person, and definitely up for the job a member has, and also able to tackle problems whenever it is rulebreakers or discussions on the forum.

4. Knows the rules

He has been a member before and is familiar with the punishing system we use, he has read the rules and from what I have seen in-game he knows them all and only made mistakes in the beginning after coming back to the community.

5. Old school

He is one of the few old school players I remember from playing in the summer 2009, so I'm sure he knows the community and the servers really well.

6. Commander

Has a mic and knows how to command, in fact he is very skilled in commanding. Good in informing other players when they make mistakes in their commanding as well.

7. Reports

Nothing wrong with his reporting, sometimes they fail in getting accepted. But a lot of reports show him posting a lot of proof showing that he constantly takes proof of the different rulebreakings the players do and post them when enough proof is gathered, which is something I think a lot more players should do.

8. Application

Good, long and informative application, which really shows that you want to become a member.

Cons -

1. Strikes

Already has 2 strikes for harassment and teamkilling. Even though I think the actions done to get these strikes were provoked, and a lot of people probably would have acted the same, I still think it's worth to think about, that he is only one mistake from getting a permanent ban..

2. Hates kids

You can't hate kids as a member comeon , at least not all ^^



So with these points in mind I would say you fit very well in the Jail team, I wish you good luck and hope you get accepted.

the point about hating kids xD : these kids i mean are the rulebreakers, micspammers, guys who dont know how to command correctly and still take it or spamming and flamming all the time when they get shot.
also when there is a very annoying voice. i dont like it but i can stand it :>
the kids why i am getting angry after a while. these kids are the hated kids ^^ but i am noone who gives special treatment, so i take them like everyone else till they make the mistake to break a rule of our servers.

I know what you mean
Sometimes i feel like 90 percent of the server are under 12 years old

Pro's:
- You're active
- You can command
- You know the rules
- You have experience in moderating the servers
- Your age

Cons:
- You're on strike 2, came VERY close to strike 3 already
- Your harrassive behaviour at times

Conclusion:
I really don't know what to do with you Kami..

Cons:
Sometimes u can start insulting people i understand that a player can get mad at people but insulting is never ok imo. There are people on the servers that might get offended more than others. And when a exmember who should know the rules more than other its more important i guess.


Conclusion:
Fix ur insultingpart and its a yes from me.

He has been on the servers for a long time and I still remember him having a nice attitude, although sometimes there was a bit of harassive behaviour. I haven't seen you harass that bad but I heard it from others.

Everyone has a harassive side, and just as with smile...I am going to say that they should give you a chance.

There is always a trial period, we can see how it goes.

A yes for me, the negative part is that you are strike 2 already--

Kami's a great commander, and during the time that he was a member, he did a good job.
Furthermore, he is active in game as well as in forums, knows the rules, and is active during the time when a lot of members are not on or are available.

The only problem, like others said, is during the span of which you were not in nD.

In conclusion, I think Kami deserves a second chance.

You need him back in the team.

He can command
He knows the rules
He is friendly, and funny, He always would give the command to sombody else.

negative.
sometimes realy not much. he is aggresive.. Then hes realy angry..
but I saw him only 2 times liek that.

The negative part is that your on strike 2 now, but I am sure that you've changed your attidute and that you are member material in my eyes. Keep up the good work so far.
