You even have to grind it down if you buy the right stuff so I doubt it has tabbaco added

Holland is different, although im pretty sure that they mix the half of the bag with tobacco and the other half is pure weed, they save shit loads of money doing so, but that's as much as I know about illegal dealers, not about holland
