Facts: Red Phoenix wanted to command and what Emziek does is teamkill him for no reason

These is all diffrent maps at diffrent times.. and maybe he teamkilled because red phoenix was trying to command as he was commanding? hmm?

I only remember 3 times.
1st time was when you were camping since you always tell me 2 stop camp and end the day i did the same 2 you.
the other 2 times were after a kill you did on my and i tried to find out why i got killed (Since in my eyes it was a freekill) but you never anserwed.
Also after the slaps you were harrashing me great, "Fucking retard emziek" and stuff.

Emziek.. You laughed at me to. Because I'm kicked. When kami is commanding. Just wait until the other round. Don't slap him while commanding :/.. And Kami harrasing? Then he gots a realy good reason to harras. Then You started. Because Kami will not Harras when you didn't do anything. I know for sure Kami is one of the best people on nD* That not harras and not break the rules. I never saw him harras before. So. I think everybody will agree with me.. That Kami almost never harras only when you made him do it.

If i would've cared that he Teamkilled me , I wouldve reported him and teamkilled him back.

What reason can u get to teamkill? I was there and you started commanding and after couple seconds he started attacking you and killed u.
I care about teamkilling, if I was commanding and someone teamkilled me for something idk what I would be pissed. I don't mind if you don't care being tk'd but I do.

If you guys wan't this topic to stay open I suggest you stop defending your internet friends, and let the admins review the case and take needed action, or it might get closed.

On topic: I haven't seen Emziek abusing hes ViP or doing anything wrong theese days.

Teamkilling is wrong. and he will get an Punishment for this. Like me with oempa. I get a punishment. It dosn't matter that Its for fun or I don't know. You can't do it. and thats it.

This was taken today.

as you can see,all of these are on different maps.most of them will have been accidental.if your so desperate to get him banned,ill go out and take screenshots of you whenever you make the slightest mistake,and try and turn it into something big.because thats what you are doing to him.i teamkilled someone to day by accident,a t attacked him on jailbreak and i was shooting at the t,but i killed them both.if i got banned for that,i woul consider it terrible abuse.if someone waited over afew months and took screenshots over them months whenever that happened again,and reported it and i got banned i would consider it abuse.this is what has happened (not exactly the ame like shot at t killed teammate)in most,if not all, of these screenshots.accidents.

perhaps it is a tactic. making it look like accident (when everyone knows it isnt and he said it by himself, that it was on porpuse) and doing it just everyday 1 time each map. doing little things, but when u take everything its big. thats right and that is what u should have when u want to report, much proof of the rulebreaking.

If a VIP uses his powers, he has to use it for the fun, and to help, not to annoy, provoke or damage a player. and thats the way he uses his slap against me.
i told him to stop slapping me after the first time, i was rly angry, i hate it when someone takes me for his fun and destroys my game with it. so when i say "dont do it again *rage*" and he does it again and again to provoke me than it is abuse.
he also provoked me in the chat (proof on the screens).


















one demo was bugged, where he slapped me 1 or 2 times more. i also lost a demo when he teamkilled 2 guys and left the server.. lucky for him..
