Informations about Recruitment [last update 19.09]

Here you see some important things about our Recruitment:

please read this before you making your application, thank you.

1. - we don't recruit people with a vac banned steam account
2. - we don't recruit people that are in a clan/team
3. - decide well for which team you want to apply and look closely if the recruitment is on for it or not
4. - we aren't looking for more admins at the moment
5. - you need to play some time ago on the neonDragon Servers (some months) and knowing the nD members and admins well
6. - you need to be trustable and able to work in a team (we don't need people that work alone and don't say something when they have a problem with something or anything happend on server)
7. - you need to follow the rules and make others do so too (you accept all rules when applying for membership, this is also on forums since it is part of beeing a member)
8. - if you are a member and you are abusing massivley your powers and going against rules then you get removed from team and maybe perm banned from forums and game servers
9. - you need to be able to decide the right thing for the situation (if people get kicked, slayed or even temp banned)
10. - you need to be able to record a demo (record word word) in console for start demo and (stop) finishing the demo, you may need this for cheaters so that admins can perm ban them
11. - you need to be able to make a screenshot ingame (bind one key for taking screenshots and press it to make a bmp picture on your computer) after that you use paint and save it as jpg (spares kb size)
12. - if you became a member and you don't know something ask in the nD Team Forums
13. - there can be the case that one server will be closed for other server/game play mod, if this happens you will transfered to another team of your choice.
14. - your application can be declined at every time without given reason.
15. - you need to be patient until you get a yes or a no on your application, since we check applications carefully.
16. - when you become a member you should play most of the time on the server you applied for, but of course you can play some time on other nD servers too.
17. - we don't chose people depending on they're skill, we need people that are suitable to have some responsibility.
18. - when you made an application, you are not allowed to wear nD tag nevermind if it is on servers of nD, in chatbox or somewhere else, you are only able to wear it when you officially become a member of the nD team.
19. - we need people that knowing nD/playing on nD for a while (at least 2 months) people under this time have not big chances.
