One question about name faking

When my name is Mr Nice Guy in game and some1 uses the name Mrs Nice Guy, is that namefaking, or allowed?

That is allowed.
There is no copyright or anything on that name making it yours, the only thing that is not allowed is faking an nD tag.

SteamID makes sure he/she will be the one to face consequences if he/she does something bad anyway.

Not very true, It would be quite hard to disallow the usage of the name Darkness :3

Anyhow i had the same discussion with KaC and Ancient earlier after being poked by Smile who got kicked by Smeghedz because he used above named name.

Ancíent: That person has no copyrights on his name, however if he behaves bad whit it to make you look bad then no its not allowed

That person is based on you in this case Mr Nice guy.
And the behaving bad part would be based in this case on Mrs Nice guy
