Help Me! : )

Hey!! I am trying to make a counter-strike 1.6 server but i dont remember how. I had 3 servers before and now i totally forgot it all. So i was wondering can someone help me with this? Make a tutorial a full video of how to create a server or make text with screenshots would be very nice!! : ) Hopefully i get help! : ) Maybe you got a tutorial that u want to suggest to me?

You really think people are gonna waste valuable time to make an ubervideo just to explain YOU how to make an own server.

And I think your lying.. you don't sound very convincing. I mean 3 servers and you forgot it all.. wauw. And how old are you? 16? How long ago did you had the servers? 5 years ago?

Have you even took the time to search it up in google? Do you even know how to install amx?

okay i got kinda the same problem ... but thats becuz when i made hosted servers.. i was like 11-12.. and i dont really remember much...

I hosted servers way back myself, cant remember shit of that. So whats the problem?

I think *somehow* you could create a free server (really laggy one) using the dedicated server thingy with steam, and I'm not sure if it actually is a dedicated server all I know when I played on one of those free servers we had 400 ping 24/7.

Either that, or you can buy a hosted server out of some hosting companies, or if you have servers you can host your own servers which I'm not really sure how it works, but usually the payed hosting is cheap and lagfree.

Sultan, I've warned you before for this kind of behaviour, please quit it right away or you'll be "punished" next time (temp. forum ban). I've also hosted servers myself, some years back, but I've also forgotten most of the stuff. You're not needed in this forumsection if you don't even give a slight tip/always giving negative comments (also talking about you in the graphic section). This is your last warning, next time it's a ban, don't post anything about this "post" on the forums, you're able to contact me by a PM/steamfriends/IRC.

Bosnac has send that to me, he's made his server by this site, I'll also use it the up coming days. I'm not a 100% sure about what kind of server you're talking about, to really host for public or just some friends. The easiest way to host a server is making a "new game" and type sv_lan 0 in console, correct me if I'm wrong. You could also use the Dedicated Server Tool, or the link I gave you. I wish you good luck, keep me updated if you got any tips for me
