Serious problem.

Don't ask me why, but when I started my computer today in the evening the Steam.exe requested my password which I have forgotten. I have tried more than 20 passwords and no one of them works.
No idea about the password or secret answer so my problem is big enough to ask you some help about how can I get my password or the secret answer.
I have 'remember password in this computer' thing and that's why I never use my password because I always connect in the same computer. Don't wonder if I have connected in another computer because the answer is no.
This is too strange because since I have my steam account it has never requested the password if I have that thing activated...

Could someone help me please??

Do the `forgot password` thingy.

let them mail you the pass.

uhm, if you buyd cs in store, re insert the code you have in cd box..

I already did it and they sent me a code. But if I want to be able to change my password I have to remember my secret answer which I cannot remember...

i forgot my pw once. but anyhow i could get it back without the secret answere... try it with ur cd key and get help of the steamsupport

There is only 1 way, Valve and Steam will not give you your account back if you dont know the secret question answer or your password so your screwed with the email, Unless ofcourse you remember it. But this is the only way to get it back: You have to through valve, If you bought CS on steam you have to give them your credit card details, If you bought it from a shop you need to give them the serial code in the case. But you have to contact directly to Steam or Valve which is hard. Or you could just set up a new account and add everyone again and get member on that.

i ust got a new password when i asked for it. everything i told them was my acc name, email, and sent them a picture of cd key

I bought CS in a store so I have the CD-Key, I will contact Steam.
Meanwhile, I will try to remember the damn password.

go to steam support, take a picture of the srial keys and email them requesting your password

Shall I contact Steam and tell them that someone changed my secret question or I got hacked or something like that??

No.. just tell em the truth..i would atleast :p

Truth else they suspect your a hacker.

Do you really think they will not check wether ur pass or sercret question actually was changed recently?
They will think you are trying to hack the steam acc with that once they find out that it wasn't.

My problem has been solved by Steam Support fast and I am grateful for that.

Glad everything went out well with this. Could be very annoying losing an steam account, can't imagin if i lost mine how it would be.
