Like the idea, sound fun, but......

- Sounds like it involves quite some work, trouble and time. If "neonDragon TV" will be launched on YouTube, I think it would be fun the first couple of weeks and a lot of people want to help making the video's. But after a couple of weeks less and less people will help, less and less video's will be made untill neonDragon TV eventually dies (because it's not "fun" and "new" anymore).
I make these expectations based on my experiences with other communities. So maybe nD-members and the nD-community have another kind of mentality, but I doubt it...

- Besides this, what is the target group? You can make a special YouTube channel, but who will look into that channel besided members of the nD-community? If a was stranger, I won't be waiting for news about an unknown community. And members of the nD-community will know all updates and news because they are active on the forum and servers, so I'm doubtful how long nD-members will keep watching video's about news they already know.

Sorry for all the pessimism, but that's my nature. If you are a pessimist, everything will turn about better than expected! So I'm not saying this all WILL happen, but there is a significant chance that it CAN happen.

But a special YouTube-channel for neonDragon-community is not a bad idea. Can you set which people can upload video's there? If so, it's a nice idea for grouping all video's posted by members of the nD-community (so you can find the in a post of someone, and if you can't find the post anymore, you are still able to watch the video by visiting the nD-channel on YouTube).

Another solution is to make just 1 person responsible for neonDragon TV. IN this way this person feels so responsible for his/her job, he/she will continue to do, knowing that nothing happens when he/she does nothing. And to avoid failure, he/she will do his/her job.
If you work in a team, you might rely on the input of other persons without even communicating. So if someone is feeling lazy (or the whole team is feeling lazy), that person will think that the rest of the got it covered (which they doesn't) and nothing will happen..

But nice and original idea, Sultan! Would be awesome if it all works out, but again, I'm a pessimist...

Alright everyone I have finished creating the design for the YouTube Channel, boy did this take me a long time... Had to figure out where everything was to create a picture acting like a frame - very clever stuff that I just invented for myself really Spent about 3 Hours on the design because that includes the time I spent when I originally made the nD TV framework for the web site I did last weekend. Totally custom you won't see anything like that! If any of you want some help creating your own just let me know I will help you out so it can look really good. Now all we need is the first episode now once that is out we're started !
