Koy tried this map earlier today ion jail server.
IT WA AWESOME!!! although maybe the cage area is a lil bit to dark,
but otherwise, pretty sweet

I once saw a tutorial about random things.
I will just translate the first sentence which is about how it works in general.

The idea is based on the use of a laser, which aims at a random target and on the way from it's start and the target either hits a func_brekable, or hits a func_button.
