Facts noticed:
Okey lets see, I came out of the vent with a HE trigged i did go close to my team mates and watch your head was stupid enough to kill me and this nade killed 2 Ts. (if u ask me its his fualt to kill a T with a trigged nade close to a bunch of ts)
I said in steam chat Freenade freenade ! (something like this) abit later at 0:00 Watch your head was camping in gun room (was there over 30 sec) and a T got inside took a weapon and watch your head killed him .. (if u ask me this is camp.) So i started a vote kick for him for abusing. Then he tottaly got wierd and calling me stuff.
I'm already sad about a private thing and this made me even more sad.

The one I\'m talking about is when Rock lobster said somthing bad to hysteria in-game, and then said it in steam chat.

Banning on server is because they misbehave on the server and so you dont have to play with them for a while.

Use block button and your rid off them.

I don't think you should be able to report someone due to what happend in steam chat, it has nothing to to with the server as for all i can see. So i don't think he should get a strike, ofcourse this is not very nice so what i always do in this situation, is press the remove + block all communication button ^-^

Second useless report from emziek today +1. Sorry but it's true emziek ANYTHING that happens u report it. I mean this is a way of u showing ur love for the nD tag but ... man you don't need to be SOOOO adictive.

Quicksilver told me to report this one, and He and ancient will dicuess this one.
I also asked quick if i couldnt just send him the screenshots. he told me to report the normal way!
I know that you would post such a STUPID post like that one again.

Look man i mean. Server rules and nD members are there to make sure every 1 in game follows the rules, not that you get harassed by some 1 in steam he was kindly enouf to harass you on steam chat , because he might know on server he would probably get baned or a strike. I've argued with a few people on steam on nD servers, still i didnt report it nD members have nothing to do with private chat. BUT if he did harass you in game then yes this report is more than usefull.

I do have something to say but Quick. Harass on steam has nothing to do on harass on the servers it's completely diferent so, if i harass u right now on steam you would ban me on nD servers , even if i was on steam and not on servers ? It's true that it might be wrong what i'm saying but i'm trying to make a point here , question is , Can you actually ban some 1 that harass you steam and not on the servers ?

I would say, as long as the harrasing person and the harrased one plays on the server and then the harraser uses the steamchat to harras him so that noone else can see its still like harrasing on the server.

but ontopic.. if a person says like that... even so it was on friends chat... it means he will probely do it on server to... so why not ban him.. before it happens on server ^^ if you ask me...

I'd say that he deserves to get a strike HOWEVER you have to keep in mind should nD staff really start to deal with issues away from the nD servers? That would just take alot of time, to deal with stuff that you can solve yourself, using the ignore buttom.

u also could just "mute" guys ingame so u cant see their massages...

We have discussed this thread and decided not to strike. Reasons are that a person can easily be deleted from Steamfriends and the fact that didn't happen on the server (yes, I know that is a point of discussion).

My thought exactly, but I need to be objective and that is what keep me from giving him a strike.

That said, I do believe you Emziek, what he said is absolutely beyond all reason. Please do me and yourself a favor and block/delete this guy from your steam. He's a complete tool and not worthy of ANY of your time.
