Problems caused by the sane thing?

I've read the "server problem" thread and I want to ask you some questions:

First of all, remember the problem: the server crashes every X minutes, whatever the map (begining, middle or end of the map).

Second: few days ago, server starts to change the map and the zombie plugin does not run on it.

Third: few days too, we all can´t join any team. The server shows 0 players, but you can't join anyway. Spectator neither.

All of this errors, the same cause?

1st: this has been around for a really long time and is most likely a problem caused by lack of memory.

2nd and 3rd most likely do have thesame cause, which we are yet to find.

The map change was by pukata he just did not tell you lol i can assure you we are working hard to fix these problems, there have been discussions about it and these are issues we hope to deal with , until then have fun playing dude.
