Facts: I was in a cell with this guy and he asked me to block the door.
I said to him that I was going to report him and he said: No, I already got banned once for blocking.

And he has a strike 2 so I don't know if this is enough evidence to make it a strike 3.

The picture is only blacked out for names and I added the steam ID there so I don't need to post two screens.

He only says that you should block the door, did he ever block the doors (except his strike for it)? This isn't really worth a strike in that case, he already knows he's not allowed to do it, so if he does it again he gets another strike for it.
