Gungame not running always

Today i wanted to play on surf server. But there was no gungame mod running.
After some time there came a mapvote for a new map. A non-surf map got chosen. After mapchange, gungame mod worked. Because of requests, i changed map to a surf map. Also here gungame worked. But gungame was finished before there was a vote for nextmap. So the map did not change. Once again, i started a votemap. In the new map, there again was no gungname running. Furthermore i noticed that i was not able to open the ndmenu.

Were recently any changes made to the server? For example, turning mapvote on (and adding some non-surf maps)?

after gungame was over, would there have been a new round? so i should not have started a votemap?

Well, I joined few days ago and it was non-surf map, I think it was cs_assault_dym. I thought like that : ''Hmm, maybe Admins changed to normal server now'' but no, I asked Quick and he didn't know anything about it.. Weird.. Maybe players (4 - 5 were on server) voted map in console or something..

Maybe, yes. And also gungame didn't worked on cs_assault_dym..

I played an assault gungame a few days ago like Lamk0 said. I was pretty surprised that map came up, as I never changed a thing.

This seems to be a common problem on all servers.
No plugins get loaded. Teamkilling is on.

The plugins Mark...,etc, Jail plugins get disabled.
