(notice im not talking about steam id)

I think the discussion got useless now because everything is clear, he should get banned and if he buys a new account we can't recognize him because no one knows anything about him but we still will be able to see if he cheats with his new account again, then he just will get banned again.

Emziek, lot of people have ip that changes everytime they restart pc.
