It was not HnS, I was there also.. Was on a cage day, but I guess he wont to do it again.. Told him to the the rules properly.

It's not. Look at time. It cannot be hns yet.

I told him its prohibited to be in vent, he said he is new on server. When I asked him to go to terro he refused.

You probably need more evidence to get him on the strike list.
I mean he is new and I never saw him before so he may not know the rules.

Advice for you: save up proof like this, in case he does more things wrong in future you can compile them into one big report.

1 small mistake is not a problem
2 small mistakes is not a problem
keep making those small mistakes and it will start becoming a problem..

So save it to your pc if you want to. I am not member so it's not my job. I reported guy who was abusing. I didn't have to do that, but I did because no members online cared.

and ur report is useless :> marksel explained it already.. if u want to get anyone on strikelist U have to save more rule-breaking-actions or just get better proofs...

Well, since he admitted he is new to the server, I don't think he should get a strike for this. Warning/kick, yes. But not ban. It's a rookie mistake, but not a very big one (and yes, I know it causes people to get upset, but that's the way it is.. Everyone has to learn sometime). Also, ideally he shouldn't be a CT ofcourse, but I presume there were no members present to switch him?

Kac, thanks for reporting, but in my opinion we should let him slide this once because of the reasons mentioned above. I'm locking this thread until further notice. Pukata, feel free to open/add.
