that's exactly what I was saying (ofcourse this does have its borders, even though you may not be directing your swearing at someone, swearing with diseases for example is not allowed)

I think you are missunderstanding that she is crying over a game, if you have read properly she starts with saying a hearty hello! and explains the situation normally and clearly.

This has nothing to do with beleiving or not beleiving. The admins simply cannot hand out punishments without hard proof, no matter who tells them what someone did, if there is no proof then they cannot bann.

I'm sure that you are not lieing, that you're feeling bad about being harassed, and that those people deserve strikes, but duo to lack of hard proof nothing can be done against it I'm afraid.

one guy is banned i saw. i have just this 2 proofs. havent more. but now i can make screens and i will report them all.

I'm sorry luna, but there's not very convincing proof in this thread. Since you know how to make screenies now, try to include them in a next ban request (upload them to www.imageshack.us or a site like it).

Do not forget to screenshot the Steam-IDs as well.
