For Counter-Strike 1.6, the color total blue is transparent. (In hexadecimal: #0000ff, in decimal 0, 0, 255)

I've just downloaded fnatic.f0rest's config, and installed the ESL Pro Series 13 GUI. With the GUI came an awesome ESL spray, but it randomly disappeared. Time to make a new ESL spray
