Namestealing allowed?

Ok today i played like normal.
Then 2 guys joined with the name "Emziek" (me name)
THey started to harrash ppls etc.
Is name stealing then harrashing allowed?

I know this guy who fakenicked u from his steam picture and he is insulting and spamming very much.

he can name himself what he wants.. as long he dont use nD* tag or nD* names.

hibari is right, in fact you dont own your name unless you register it as a trademark or something, I think that it also applys to nD, the problem with namefaking nD or nD names is that they usually try to show off and abuse other players, so thats why is forbiden
I guess they have as right as you to use it

Well, I think it's allowed if you don't behave bad with it. In this case it would probably be not allowed, because you say they've harassed on it (which isn't allowed anyway).

On the other hand, if they don't any rulebreaks with your name, it shouldn't be such a big problem. Like sometimes it can even be fun, when you namefake someone or if you get faked.

I guess it's clear now, but I'm not 100% sure if I'm right.

Yeah i know it is funny but its a person i really dont like.
He even insult players with his real nick. and now behave bad with others.
