Well i have found out the date:

1st Of May

That is the date atleast 24 have said to be the best date. The rest were offline or not sure
So hopefully il get the time for later on

Looking at the times of the applications theese will be the starting times:
Invited in - 17:30
Play time - 18:00 (teams sorted and maps etc...)
End time - 22:00 (could go longer)

If anyone cant make it at theese times tell me i might be able to sort something out

2nd of May - 17:30-22:00
