Let this be allowed?

Since every Last Request in JB, the CT always ask them to ''write it down'' for example the spray contest with cheat or no cheat.
Hooooow about let the Last T talk to make it easier, so they can say the rules of how they'lle do it . Of course the T can choose if he/she want to talk in a mic.

You want me to be more specific ? just ask

I have thinked of this alot but never brother to make a topic about it.
and i should really like it. some cts dont understand and start to freekill if they did read wrong. so annoying

When we say. only ct can talk. It's only Ct. When they read wrong at the rules.. everybody will mic spam as T..

No, T's mics get muted every round, so it isnt possible, without unmuteing them, and then it will be CHAOS!! with mics as t. becouse then the other t's think they are allowed to use mic,

Besides what if the T has bad english skills?

He will say like "Spray contest- highest wins no SHEETING/SHITTING" , when he meant NO CHEATING

And then the CT couldd cheat because he didnt hear "No cheating"

@wasyl: not true. you are only allowed to cheat if the T explicit says it.
when he does not say anything, it is standard rules (no cheat, highest wins on spray contest).

if the T cheats, although he did not say cheating allowed, and attacks the CT, the T can be killed.

to the idea: i don't think it is neccessary. as i said: T says nothing = standard rules. if he wants custom rules, it is not hard to write them in chat. and CT mostly read that.

That doesn't work like u imagine, actually T's can talk whenever they want...

This was a suggestion before but i think the last t should get to use mic just for the lr

As dazo said it has been discussed recently, but I strong disagree that the T's should be able to use it.
It's fine the way it is now, don't fix it if it isn't broken.

That would create a massive spam. It would be quite annoying and most ts dont have a mic

moreover, that would create a big amount of whining because since that t can talk why cant the others? before you could make them understand that you would have to kick a lot of guys for abuse

oh really. when you join. and after 2 rounds your mic is muted i think. and if so not, then koy lyed to all of US? I dont really thinks so....-_-.. and koy said that every t's mic is muted, and if not, then he would lye to us, and then i guess that we members can talk in mic if their were not muted....

Not really needed... I think it's a clear no.

1. T's mic's are muted, but if you join the server you're still able to talk on the first round (which is not allowed ofcourse).
   
2. If the T says nothing, it's the standard rules, type /lrhelp for more info and if I'm right it also says it in the chat.
   
3. People will think it will be allowed, so every first round when they join they'll be using their mic's, a complete chaos.
   
4. It has gotten discussed before, if I'm right everyone also said no.
   
5. I just had to made a point "5" to let it look more nice xD

Conclusion: Most of the people who know how the kind of things work/will work are simply saying no.
