ingame help please

Anytime I play on the nD servers I get a 500ping or something but I join a diff server and my ping sits around 30-60.
Can anyone help?

Nope because my rate is 25000 and it still laggs for me:S

Omg.. Everyone is typing Rates and etc etc..
Just go watch if ur firewall are on. someone is probaly ddosing u becouse ur spamming on the forums

if it dsnt work go delete clienregisty.blob in ur steam folder ^.-

or change ip and restart ur router

done that many times and it happens.
It works fine now but just happens sometimes. Also daza that is my settings

lol get a upgrate on your internet connection.. ! drop the 1 mbit and get a 15 mbit..

I also have servers at 1000fps and my ping stays wierd aswell :S

its just the servers who laggs noob
