New Forum Style

It looks pretty nice for me, not that ugly green any longer bounce

And while we're at it, a black stripe below each posts would be nice, so we can see where a post ends. Currently it's one big greyfield.

And also, the "Neondragon.net" next to the header is now black and almost impossible to read well against the current background. Red wsn;t a good color for it either, but maybe white?
