well really I do have problems with my acting and I got angry at East Clubber for nothing.

You need to handle it no matter, because thats one of the things you have to handle as a jail member, handle youre anger when you try to explain things for harassers who though they got freekilled for example.

I can control it but I am getting rid of it now.

it doesn't matter if you have anger issues... it is just if you are able to control it or not.

I can control it is just whether people threatn me.

for example if you swore at me and it was really offensive I would go mad and that means I wont control it.
But if it was joking I can control it but I will be able to control most things and magicman.
