- Experience Level (including any previous admin work): I've been playing jailbreak for quite some time now so I know what I'm doing. I haven't really administrated much on CS1.6 but I used to own a server for a while on CS:S so I know when to kick someone
- Average amount of time on our servers per day: Depends if I'm at college on that day. If I am, usually around 4-5, if not usually about 7+
- Approximately, Since when have you been playing on our servers?: I've only recently come across the nD* servers but I've been playing on them a lot in the past few weeks and have really come to enjoy playing on them.

- About me: Well, my name is Ashley Thompson (but call me Ash),I'm 17 years old and I was born and raised in south-east England where I also currently live. I'm currently in college studying BTEC National for IT practitioners. I love most music and creating music. I also play guitar in a metal band with a few of my friends. I practically spend my life on my PC, at college or out with friends. Nothing much more to my life.

- Motivation to join/help admin the servers: I'd love to become part of the neonDragon community and help out with it as much as possible. You all seem like chilled out, fun people. And of course, I'd be more than happy to keep the cheaters/abusers/rule breakers etc at bay.

Well Ashley, a few things:

1) I've only seen you since this week.
2) I haven't really seen you as a CT, so I don't know if you know all the rules
3) You seem to be in a clan (eX.) and we don't recruit clan members.
4) I have kicked (but should have banned) members of said clan for serious harassment and racism (not saying you're one them though).

All of the above taken into account, I'm saying no.

EDIT: Also, W_a_S_y_L, if I ever freekilled, it was never on purpose and most definitely an accident.

There was something bad about you, I think I have your name in remind because u freekilled a few times. Like Quicksilver said I only saw u this week and not even longer and I don't think that you already know all the rules and tricks and I never saw u proofing it because u don't command(correct me if I'm wrong) and right now I know it again -> You freekilled a few times as CT, I think that happened because you don't even know all the rules. Actually you stand out of crowd with freekilling and not with good behavior or good commands.

As I said before, it was never on purpose. I probably made a mistake and if I ever freekill and notice what I've done, I instantly slay myself.

I know you said that you're new, but that's why I would suggest that you give yourself some more time to get familiar with the players, members, servers and especially our rules for Jail.
As for the eX. thingy, my main question is: what would you do if you see that eX.member in question harassing or practising racism again? Since he's a friend of yours..

why should he get familiar with players/members? he can play/command without knowing even a player , and if he is good he will get accepted even tho he isnt friends with regulars/members...that doesnt count so much , other things count...

Yeah, I should probably have left it a little longer before posting an application. But really you can't just decline me bacause of who I'm friends with. :/ I don't agree with what he says. Infact, I think his racist comments are disgusting, for a lack of a better way of putting it.

But anyway, if you're going to decline me, I'll leave it for a little while. Let you guys get to know me a bit better and then re-apply sometime.

No no, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying no just because of who you are friends with. I'm just pointing out that one of your friends is abusing and what would you do if he did it and you were the only member present on the server at that time. Would you kick/ban him or not (since he's your friend nd it might hurt your bond with him).

Anyways Ashley, it's not up to me to make the final decision. I can only state my opinion and I already did that. The admins will decide if you get accepted or not.


P.S. @ Paulo, I know that, but it wouldn't hurt either if he's taking the time to know the server anyway. Just to profile himself a bit more.

But to answer your question, yes. I'd definitely kick/ban him. No special treatment just because he's my friend.

You seem like a decent fellow.
I would suggest you to play a bit longer learn the rules a bit more.
Command a bit more etc.
