[LOCKED] nD. Jail | KoD

Hi there,

I was playing on the CS3 Surf Deathmatch server at around 10;30pm on Sunday 07th Feb.
I accused KoD of wallhacking as he was camping in a spot below Terrorist spawn camp and just wallbanging everyone that is respawning.
He then proceeded to join spectators and banned me for 14400mins stating "Sorry for accusing you of wallhacking chOpper, I think I'm wrong"
I can provide screenshot for evidence.

I think the banning is unfair and if there is any evidence that KoD can provide to support his reasoning behind the ban, I would be glad to see it.

In order to have a successful gaming community where players can have quality fun, I believe you should pay extra attention to members like KoD who misuse their admin rights.

At the moment he bans you you get disconnected and the only thing it shows then is:

You have been banned for "time", if u think this is unfair visit .....

So i guess thats bs.

Well KoD is uploading demo's now so we will see later.

I said it before he left darkness. Im getting sick of hackers thats why the irony is in.

I have overwriten the first demo with the second [ never knew it would overwrite, any suggestions how to get it back? ]

I watched the second demo. It doesn't provide as much proof as the first demo did.

I'll notice what was in the first demo:

You didnt notice I was recording yet;
I was under the ground. and somehow you knew exactly where I was. You hitted me without spraying exactly on my head. While you couldn't even see me since its just ground from where your standing.
Then I stupidly said that i supsected you, and started speccing you

I'll demo you another time since im sure you use it. Because of the story i just wrote.

I believe that is quite a good cover up story made by yourself when you're the one quite clearly wallhacking.

However, as I'm not affiliated with this server in any form or manner, there is no requirement for me to actually demo you to expose it, since, being a member, you would probably have the privilege of not being accused.

Do watch the demo and see if you can pick out concrete evidence of me wallhacking.

When you're spraying at me through the floor, you can hear bullet shots and that's how you get hit in return.

The only one time I join the Surf server and I encounter such a unpleasant experience.

Credit to the members and admin running Server 1 Zombie Mod, not such abusive manners as seen on the surf server.

Lol, look in the unban section. All the unbans are about zombiemod. But ok;

Even when I wasn't shooting you could find me.
But ok I dont got proofs of that.

Well if you don't have proof of that, I believe it should be categorized as 'Unfair ban'

Please revise your admin manners to ensure that the players in this community do not receive unfair treatment.

Members / ViPs should have more responsibility towards their actions.

So I assume you are not going to unban because you feel bitter over this matter, and refuse to correct the mistake that you have made?

Not a very good example of nD members I'm afraid.

Could be wallhack but it could be luck and skill. In second round it look like he shooted at ct head trough wall but it could be random lucky shot. 4th round he started to shoot to Mr.Mackey through wall before seeing him but maybe he played on other surf servers and knew that most of the time people are camping there. Round in cage (if i can call this a cage) - he was behind wall and knew when cts appeared (or it looked so) but that could be luck.

Members can't unban, only admins can.

Thanks for the input Syntech.

I would suggest that more effort be put into reviewing such cases before simply taking the easy way out by 'banning' some one without concrete evidence.
