I've been playing counter-strike for ~4-5 years now with several breaks in it, have been member in a lot of clans, with some easy admin work ingame for small servers, don't got any experience with a 32-slots server.

Average amount of time on our servers per day:
My average play time would be 6-10hours a day, with a lot of variance. (Steam says i've played 140hours last 2 weeks which means 10hours a day)

I have been playing on the nD jailbreak server since December, so 1.5 month i guess.

About myself:
My name is Wesley, I'm 19 years old and I live in a city called Apeldoorn in the Netherlands. I live with my father and brother, parents divorced.
I don't go to school this year which means i have plenty of time for being active on the nD servers. I am working 4 days in a week at a restaurant and playing poker (which is also a nice income), I might be starting a new study next school year, but till then i can be very active as a member.

My hobbies:
In my spare time i like to play some poker (online at pokerstars or live at an event), watching movies (almost every genre), and being with friends and people to have some fun and drink some good stuff.
I'm also playing soccer in a "fun" team where everybody knows each other very well, most of them are colleagues of mine.

My motivation:
This is probably the easiest question i'll have to answer: To stop abusers and rule breakers at night when there are (most of the time) no members/admins in the server. I've seen the nD jailbreak server at day which is very clean and there are always a few members in-game who keeps control and order. Unfortunatly it changes at night, there are way too less members/admins in-game and the abusing begins. (I'm talking about massive freekilling, people who joins CT's and doesnt know any rule, freekillers, teamkillers, etc.)
It's a shame to see people leaving because of the people who are consistently breaking rules.
I think the rules of the game are very clear and when there are abusers i will warn them first and ask them nicely to behave, when they're doing it twice in a row on purpose i will take some action.
I think in my honest opinion that rulebreakers/abusers are the main reason why the jailbreak server is very empty at night. It's obvious, and i really want to do something about it.

If I will be accepted by the neondragon community i will make it my mission to keep the jailbreak server at night as clean when it is at day. Probably even more cleaner.

He is very active at night and knows the rules. I've played with him for a while and have no complaints. He does command at night when needed to and does a pretty good job at it.

At night he commands always , just that if there is someone else commanding he dont command , only if other commander dies...he is one of best nightwalkers i seen

i have know you for like now two weeks and you are a good guy who wants to do the right thing. You play alot in the night, and like you sayd its not always a member online at night..

Although I've only come across you recently, I have to say that you're doing a good job. You're good at commanding and are very active during the night when there are hardly any members in there. Good luck on the application!
