Hi all.

Just got banned for 30 mins, no problems .. Good time to chill out and smoke a sigaret.
But the reason why.. Sucked.
The reason why I'm banned (for only 30 mins) is, cause I said someone's name failed.
Like: Hey Wantsum, your name fails.

IS THAT A CRIME?

Then he said (like MagnusGladus, I think his name was (what a retard)), 99.9 shut up.
I said; shut up yourself.

KICKED AND BANNED.

He's nothing more then me. Just a human who is playing on Jailbreak, he's a member or admin.
If he says to me to shut up, I can say he has to shut up.
If someone says to you: you are bad at CS. You can say; No, you are bad at cs, right?
It's the same.

Why can he say such a thing to me?
I can curse at you, but you cant curse back?
What if he said: 99.9 you're a motherfucker. I can't respond to that or I get banned?
Wtf.

This is abuse of powers, cause he thinks he's more then me, he kicked and banned me.
Get his member/admin powers away, stupid 16 years old kid.

Please be nice to regular players?

you did mess with Magnus.. he told you to stop but you didnt... so he kicked you once.. then you came back and did still mess with him.. so he banned you.

HE SAID STFU (I ain't no member or admin, cant do anything about it he said that). I said stfu back (He's member/admin, so he kicked/banned me).

Doesn't that sound unfair?

The guy who I said his name failed was: 'Fail Undercover', so his name failed anyway. It was a joke. I said the map before; I know your an admin cause I can see your avatar (steampic), he laughed.
So why did that Magnus started to tell me to stfu anyway?

It was me with the name fail undercover,

I think the ban was a bit to harsh to.
You did discuss with him thou, but a ban was not really on its place yet.
I didn't follow it really because I was busy with some abuser.
Maybe magnus can tell you more

Just don't want to be banned for no reason, and want to show to the operator(s) some members/admins do use powers too fast.

No the ban wasn't a hard thing. Not to my account! I told you shut it for flaming KoD. As a team we protect ourself.

Reason why you got kicked was because you wouldn't "stfu" I told you to drop it and you wouldnt. You came back and kept you month unshut. So thats why I banned you for 30 mins which in this case is nothing! Think twice before you argue with a admin.

Ps. As you can see on my profie im 24 years. And I've been admin for this server for as long as I can remember. So taking away my access won't happen. By arguing with me you'll face the consequences.

Maybe cause the sec after I said 'Someone's name fails', you said me to stfu.
Not really a normal way to start a conversation as being an admin, don't you think? And how could I know you being an admin who reacts with his powers and not with his mouth.

No1's let's someone talk to him this way, my reaction was quite normal.
If some1 said to you; you suck. Your reaction won't be; ow, you are sweet. You would say; you suck yourself or whatever. You'll get the point.

Well, it isnt smart to harras and try to start a flame war here. I just want to ask you one thing. Is it something wrong with german kids? They are humans like you! So pls dont come with comments like that!
