Inactivity - Organization

Hello mates ,


First things first, with this post I don't meen to offend anyone nor cause any problems I hope people see this as positive critism to improve the organization and make it more efficient.

While playing I had this thought , how come when I check jail i see like 2 - 4 or more members of ND playing and checking Zombie , I see rarely even 1?
This is actually my second post of this , but I will now go in detail.

Some time ago I got this list of all members, I will only mention about zombie since that is the only game mode I play.

Yes , these are 10 members,
Also 10 members was requested so the server would always be occupied by atleast 1 member.

Now from these 10 these are the people I almost never or have never seen in zombie.

That makes 7

From these 7 these are the people that I see sporadic. real sporadic.

That leaves 5

With 5 people left and they probably having a life/job/girl(boy?)/school/whatever , they cannot be online 10 hours a day.
This means there are rarely any nD members on zombie server , and the issues keep coming , I even have a map with print screens from people that are
regulary irritating by blocking and spamming and whatever.

Also from these 5 people there are 3 that I notice play alot in other servers too , not that that is a crime ,
it's understandable , and i'm happy that they do come with people ask them for assistance in the server due to an issue.

I hope that this post wakes up some senior admins to look again to there organization structure and oversee the possibility to add new active recruits.

I again qoute that I don't mean to offend anyone.

I would have to agree tbh, Zombie has most of the time none members online.

You also made quite a good list there,
Though Kleines Biest is currently moving so she cant come online for a while.
Sili is probs very busy in RL so she is less active.

Vlad pleas often though but also on other servers.
Raito, He plays 1 time a week i think xD he kinda quit i think.
Suvi Hmm i dont see Suvi play often but idk.

It could be nice to have 1 or 2 new zombie members.

well yeah u have a point here i think. i also ask myself where some members are. im still ill and i play on zombie nearly all day long now. i miss the other members on zombie. sometimes ( many times ) i could need some help. i cant do everything sometimes. on the maps we are playing, fun world, dust2 final and so on ... ppl just cant behave on this maps, u know. i always have to go in spec to moderate the server well. its ok. but at fun world or dust2 final 4 example many ppl are blocking and doing s*** . me ( and the normal players ) need some help. we need some members who can play more like they do now! we have some new zombie members. but at the time they get accepted they are not active any more Oo. i dont want to treat some1 bad but it is like it is.

well maybe we have to change some things. we need members who are more active. the server dont need members who are more off then on i think. i think 2-3 new active members would be good. we had this point some time ago ...

we are a very famous server and we need to moderate it well. to be serious ... i think we should speak about it soon.

I think Suvi is a member of FFa now and not zombie regular anymore.. I never see her on zombie maybe she plays on the nights or whenever I dont play but I see her online on friendslist and not in any zombie servers as well...On forum she is active and tagged as a member of FFa atleast..


Raito isn't as active as a good teammember should be. He doesn't play that much cs anymore, I rarely see him online.


I know it doesn't say anything about myself in that post but I know that there are periods when im away from zombie servers for several days, I might come in and play 1 hour or so and then play on another server simply because it's not fun to play 3-5 hours every day, every week, every month.

Some times I gotta take some breathers from playing zombie server cause there is always the same gaming, always the same maps, the same whining, the same blocking, the same people, the same noobs and good players that uses infection bombs. People that uses all mapbugs to make zombie win every round. People that whines about crappy map and only want to play regular map, no map is enough for everyone..

Recently I've mostly played on Jail and Deathrun server because of these problems a moderator on zombie server has to deal with.

thx chillz . but u are jail member 4 a reason and we are zombie member 4 a reason. ofc we can help each other and we have to , we are 1 big team, but this not like it should be, that a jail member have to help out at zombie because the zombie members are very inactive. u know what i mean?

well, i think we as members have exactly those things to manage. sure it would be great if we could play more 4 fun on zombie. but u rly know, we have a lot of problems every day, specially on some maps and with some/ same players. always the same problems, like u sayed ... and some1 have to do something -> members! and some days its a lot of work, i know, and its not always fun to play. it would be rly n1 if u would be more at zombie to help ur other m8ts. <- same to the other zombie member. pls dont be mad at me now sam. i only wish to see u more on server to help, so we all could have more fun at playing. u know the rules, u know the guys, u know the problems ...

I got school, I also got a girl (; Still im trying to be as much online as possible, Vlad is more online on the nights Suvi, not an zombie member now shes an FFa. Raito, plays CSS now...

I even played with you a lil bit today D:

But im busy with school as i said.


EDIT, I like more to play on zombie night server.. Less players but much much more fun. Join it and you will see :p

We just accepted two new players to our zombie team. We hope now that there will be more activity on our servers.

tbh having a "real" life isnt that fun in my point of view O.o
same thing day out day in, wake up go to school back from scoohl play sleep wake up etc etc.
so I aint got that much of a "real" life, to many games to keep up with ... Cod mw2(pc/xbox) , l4d2, cs1.6 . well this may now sees as a offtopic post, but yet, If you aplied to moderate the server, then you should play more than 1 hour a day.
And yes people got life, but seriously that life most often contain the same routine all day long.. no offense .
And btw, glad to hear that there are going to be some more active zombies now
