Yesterday my microphone of my headset didn't work anymore, now the right earpiece of my headset doesn't provide sound anymore, so that means my headset is beginning to suck and I will announce that you will not hear my voice ANYMORE.

Ye so he means the phone makes sound at his left ear and he doesnt have a phone at the other side so he doesnt hear anything there xD
