Edit: Steam ID is not on the strikelist, D3nnis used to go under the name Kartellen so or it is him on a new acc or it is someone else.

Everything is right.. Just count names and u will see theres 9 ppl.
Darkness it happens very often. Lets say there are 10 ppl. When there are 10 ppl it looks like this #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #7 #8 #9 #10. When one of them leave (lets say guy that joined as #9 will leave) it gonna look like this #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #7 #8 #10.

Syntech if u look at the server list you can see that there are 16 players ingame and only 9 on the picture thats still a bit weird

If you are talking about screen with server list on it then theres nothing weird in it because server list doesnt refresh automatically so if there are 16 ppl and some of them will leave and u wont refresh server list it gonna show 16 ppl.
