Problems with the vip menu?

hi!
i have bought vip but some parts of it doesnt work.
please take a look on it.. i dunno if its a bug or u just forgot to fix everything of it. but im just reminding you guys

*Kick = Working
*Slay = not even in the option menu.
*Slap = Working
*Free AWP = Working
*FREE AUTOSNiPER = Working
*Invisible for 15s = Not even in the option menu.
*Noclip for 15seconds = Working
*Full KiT (M4+Deagle+HE+FB+Smoke) = Working
*Revive all (CS2 + CS6) = Out of Order.
*Votemap = Working
*VoteBan (5 minutes) (240 min) = Working
*Vote Mute = Out of Order
*Quad Damage (one shot one kill) (10s) = Working

*Revive all (CS2 + CS6) = it says that the cooldown is permanently on 0 sec. so u arent able to use it. should this be removed from the vip menu or is it a bug?

*Vote Mute = it does work about the vote but.. the mute doesnt work. when there is a guy like on the zombie server playing music all the time and wont stop with a warning a vip would try to use this command but it simply doesnt work at all. (Bug?)
