Sillent, it's a NO from me because of the following reasons:

- You're 10, the rule says 16 or older (I know I was a exception).
- Your behavior on our servers is really bad!
- After I kicked you for harassment, which you really did, you went crazy with harassing me with several words, you're really lucky I didn't ask a perm ban (yet).
- You've been faking a screen to get someone banned.
- Your behavior on our forums isn't really good either, sometimes in the spam section, not going to give any links, you know what I mean with it.
- You've been banned on these forums on a account with a reason, you made another, it clearly says you can only have 1 account.

It's clearly a no from me, also there's a lot more reasons to tell but I'm to lazy to write it down.

Unless you have a time machine and you change your behave in the past you don't need to change nothing.
