JailBreak - VoteKick

JailBreak Server: Votekick

The Jailbreak server needs votekick..
Why?
- Freekillers
- TeamKillers
- No warn shots
- Free hitting
All when there isn't an admin/member online!

I was thinking..
About a votekick/ban like they got on Counter-Strike Source.

U open it: /votekick
then u see a list with players like:

1. [0] Koyumu
2. [0] Xalus
3. [0] Agito
...

The 0 = No votes for that player
if they press 2

(notice) |nD| You voted for Xalus!

1. [0] Koyumu
2. [1] Xalus
3. [0] Agito
...

if more then 1/2 of the server did 2
I get kicked.

More information:
- Max 1 on a player
- The notice could be spammed, if "noobs" gonne vote for everyone..

The problem about this is: Noone rly cares about the player who gets voted out. they all would vote YES ! KICK HIM mostly a CT and then they can go CT ! this idea would rly sux.

Well, it's going to be like kami said, everyone just votes the ct out so they can get ct or something like that. Also members could accept everyone out of the jail server and just leave steam on while they're doing something else than cs, nor that really would make our friendlist way to full. Let's see what other people thin about it

I agree with kami and Spx, all people simply vote for the CT spot or because some players don't like each other.

use vote in console insteed?

you didn't got what he said, did you? (not pukata)
you have to manually say /votekick and THEN you can vote. If more than 1/2 of the server did this, he gets kicked.

Yeah, this is propably like vote in console

so he just has to spamm the chat WRITE /VOTEKICK AND PUSH 2 !!!!
and after everyone is annoyed they will follow...

just use the console smartest way? or buy vip?

Or we could give the votekick/ban option to players that have no life and play 24/7 and they should be trustable..

You, and kami, and Spx, all didn't read the entire post but just the topic name it seems.

it is comparable to rtv and vote in console, you don't bring up a choice where they can vote yes or no, that would indeed result in everyone simply pushing yes for no real reason. This way people will have to waste some of their time to 'vote', 90% wouldn't be arsed to vote unless there is a good reason for it.

Downside to this though is that if you have a CT thats commanding well, but u have a big team of tardT's that cry about freekills when they lost a game, the CT can be voted out.

server is full, 32 people, atleast 60% would have to vote so that would make 19 people needing to vote... so ALL but 5 T's need to vote for the exact same CT, I don't see that happening.

hm. so its useless if the Ts dont vote. and if u got newbs who just cry. why should they know how to vote?

We already have that vote option, e.g writing vote with a number in console, and nobody uses it at all, if there was to be made a vote which appears while playing and u need to press yes or no (such as a map change one) everyone will vote yes, that's the point of the poster i think, since there is already a console one, what's the point of adding another one?

the votekick is getting abused already, by vips
