Facts noticed : Unfortantly I didn't get a screenshot while having my aim on him so you could see that too, thought that would help. But one of those guys there in the CT spawn are him.
As you clearly can see he does some teamkilling obviously just ruin it for others when he knows that he won't win this round. And as you can see on the last screenshot someone from the other team gets mad and shoots him back.
Not sure though that this is enough for a ban, but hopefully it is.
