No, I didn't fail. I mean people can give their opinions, they can participate in politic, they can manifestate and do all strikes they think convenient but they have to respect the Law.

What you say is actually: People can do whatever they want, besides respecting the rules.
You should have said: People can do all they want but they have to respect the law

Maybe I fail writting it. But translating into Spanish means what I wanted to say (people have to respect the Law). The phrase's structure are quite different between Spanish and English so I can fail sometimes ^^
