At Jail xmf where the awp's and scout's are is that ct area now or not ?

Yesterday i got told its not today it is ? so yeah ?

I personally think it should be ct area, there are weapons in it, ct's control the cells, and the doors say security... I think it should be, otherwise I think there should be only 1 scout.
