Out of map?

I am just wondering whether these places are outside of map and whether we should slay people who are in these places:
A: B:
C: D:
E:

In every of these place you can't go back (except B, but here you can look into CT area)
These are just examples, there are more places like these.
Is there any exception for Hide and Seek Day?

Everyone except d is outside the map but if there stuck in d they can get killed but im not sure about e

I alredy reported some of those places because when you fall down in the lava you should die, the same in the acid. So I think all photos are mapwalking, D also because you can get stuck there

i can get out of the spikes.. if u want to learn it ask me.

and i asked koyu if he can edit the maps so players die by falling down in deathrun or lava. think he could do it.

i never got stucked at spikes^^, but sometimes i see people there.
for your information: e is in jail_204jailbreak_v1, below the tower in the yard.
i think trigger_hurts is removed in the maps on CS1, that's why you can be in the lava, spikes etc.

on koyus new blue map with the big cars (race track in celler) is nuclear thingy and u die when u are in it. <.<

this is a bit out of mapping:
func_water can have the content of slime or lava. you also can set the damage of a func_water. it will hurt you also to be in this.

when trigger_hurt is removed (or disabled), it doesn't make any changes to a func_water.

Yeah trigger_hurt is removed dont know why though

For me, outside of map means: A place in a map, on which you can't get back to the regular zone (without dieing), or is practically unreachable.

So for me, only D, and maybe B isn't outside map, don't know how you can get up there, but if the majority can't get there by far, I would see it as outside.

So if you take that definition, also the secret room in shawshank would be outside map, because you cannot leave and get back to the "regular zone" because you're stuck in it (I was in a situation where the last T was stuck in this room, only 2 CTs alive who didn't know the room, and everyone waited pretty long for him to suicide, wasn't sure how to handle this).

D = Jump in a teleporter. but sometimes you get stuck.

B = Bugging trough the upper cells roof, so you get on that roof. so you jump of so you get there o.o

Without boosting/the help of another T? Respect then, never saw anyone managing this. Well, let's do not stick on this specific sidenote, the point in my message was about the people that are stuck in there and can't get out, and CTs don't get them because they dont know how to get there.
