Is this a freekill?
Ok since i know alot of people who do this and some people claim its freekills i wanna know what everyone thinks
When a ct is running anywhere and a terrorist comes to close and tries to attack but misses and the ct kills him is it a freekill
But he has to be close to you so that you know he was trying to kill you

Re: Is this a freekill?
I would say it ise'nt since the Terrorist apperantly tried to kill you but failed.
even though they didnt hit you they tried, and if thay are to bad to hit you its their fault.
Its like when its a cageday and they run out from the cage and try to kill you,
its an attempt and they get killed for it, so imo I think its isnt a FK.

Re: Is this a freekill?
thats just for the freedays and when they dont mess it up with another commando.
i did slay for killing a t that missed a ct knifing but i did stop it after i slain dazo for doing it.
in my opinion its still freekill :/
but i will give everyone his own mind of it. so if dazo kills a t that fails at hitting its ok. but i wont kill the t who misses me.
hope u understand. <3

Re: Is this a freekill?
Reasons to kill T:
- T is inside the gunroom
- T has a weapon
- T disobeyed orders after 3 warnings
- T attacked an officer
he missed, he didn't theoretically attack because noone was hurt. Yes it is a freekill

Yes the rules says so.
But:
I think when he "miss stabbed" you also could kill him, I think, i dont do it but i think..
Just give the command to..if you knife i kill you counts for the whole round..
Or if you go out of the line/... we will kill you..so you wont die/hp damage

Re: Is this a freekill?
Also, let me show you the differance between killing a T that is trying to attack on a cageday and on a freeday. A misstab hurts noone, yes its hostility, yes it is threatening, but as kami said, so is being blocked in a corner to be killed any second with a headknife.
A misstab on a cageday on the other hand needs the T to come out of the cage and therefore disobeying commands. Taking for granted that they had countdowns, last warnings, etc, to get inside that cage, rushing out of it is a kill reason. It is not so much the 'trying to attack' that you kill him for.

Re: Is this a freekill?
[Quote] In general, freekilling is described as killing prisoners without a proper reason.
Accidental freekilling should be warned first.
But what is accidental freekilling?
...
...
- killing cause of feeling in danger [Quote]
Well, in my opinion, it is not a freekill. There is a proper reason for the kill, the T attempted to attack. He/She had the intention of killing.
However, as the rule had pointed out, it is considered accidental freekilling. Therefore, should be warned first and then punished following it.

Re: Is this a freekill?
For me isn't a freekill because the T missed the stab and it's his/her fault so you can kill him because I tryed to kill you.
Should you wait until he/she hits you and injures you to 45HP? No for me

Re: Is this a freekill?
I see that like Marksel, but if this is seen as a proper reason to kill a T from the admins, then it's not an (accident) freekill from now on.
You can avoid that situations with warning them multiple times to NOT come that close (+ warning shoots if needed), and when they still come to your face, kill them.

I agree with Marksel here, I also think it's a freekill.Marksel wrote:Reasons to kill T:

He explained it all, I think there's nothing more to say than that it is a freekill.Marksel wrote:Also, let me show you the differance between killing a T that is trying to attack on a cageday and on a freeday.
