admins pls do something about that noob i posted other times...that [R]yan guy....he always comes in the morning with other names and freekills...team-kills...and brokes other rules...im sick of him i know its him hes got same steam pic

it was simon says and simon said to crouch...and suddenly when we were all crouching he shooted us...you should see the other post about this guy...ryan...with more teamkills and freekills

1. not enough proofs could be simon says..
2. he took the time to kill them look HS
3. people would start complaining in chat..

complaining takes a second, you need to type it etc. If you take the screenshot as soon as he kills then it won't show.

for the headshots: if they are in a line it is easy to shoot through 3 or more heads at a time in one shot, doesn't need 'taking time to aim', plus you wouldn't take time to aim at heads while having an awp anyway, because a bodyshot would kill them aswell.
