Facts noticed : We were playing ba_tamana_v2 and this guy started team-attacking all CT's but he didn't get any punish. Some minutes after, when all CT's was together, he started shoot us and as you can see, he killed me and Smith, after that Canzelarra killed him and he was banned.

Confirmed, I was there and he indeed teamkilled, in the beginning he also teamattacked or he wasn't co-operating with the CTs.
