Ontopic:
theres a slight differance in free-running and parkour:

Parkour: you have a certain objective to do with where you 'trick' and where you are planning to go, the general objective is 'go to XXX in the shortest possible way' building in the way? go over it, fence in the way? go through it.

Freerunning: tricking against anything you see, most of the times completely uselessly (spoki's clip would be free-running), if u see a big rock u walk up against and and flip, if u see a high sidewalk, you jump over it with a tripple screw kickflip backspin 720 degrees smooth landing.

correct me if wrong! this is what my deffinitions have become from the clips i've seen on both freerunning and parkour.

The terms are used randomly sometimes though, it is pretty much thesame.
