screenshot doesn't really say alot since there is a gun in the cage, it seems like a legit kill(from the screenshot only)

Hibari, you report too much little things, even if he did freekill, it wouldnt be worth more as a slay. why bother reporting him if its only once?

If you see someone violate a rule and make a seperate map for that player to save the screenshot in (i have about 50 different maps for 50 different people), if you see them violate AGAIN, you make another screenshot and save it in the map, when you think you have enough, you post the screens/demo's all at once for a very convincing report and a MUCH higher chance of the guy accually getting banned.

reports of someone venting with a single screenshot, a single freekill with a possibly excuse on that very screenshot, such things won't get anyone banned and it will just be a waste of your own time. It is better to save it in case the same person does something again

(btw: name your maps after their steam ID's, that way you won't be tricked by people playing on different nicks)
