Ok i was playing jail server today when people started complaining after a command i said so i want to know if im allowed to do this because marksel,Chasin,BBQ aka Zero think im wrong

Map: Jail revo
The commands:

Dazo: Everyone go to the cage and do not jump down from the window or you will be killed but if you go on window frame you will be shot
Zero:Dazo im reporting you because you cant say that its against the rules
Dazo: It is not against the rules because it is a command/order so i am allowed to say that

Few rounds later......

Chasin: dazo shut it he is right
Dazo: Chasin i dont think you mark or zero are right because i gave a order and you have to follow it (dont go through the window)

Now i want to know if im allowed to say this or not
i know some people may get confused with this
"If you are going to cage and time limit to go there is up you cant be shot but if you dont head there you can be shot"

But every round zero says: dazo thanks to you all terrorists die because you gave that command (very annoying when you have to deal with it every second)

i think we should allow it or they just escape and escape and escape and so on.But T they also want u to escort u back to cage when they jump down and get cought 99% is that u will get stabed by a couple of escapers and that's very boring to just sit around and wait while everybody is playing

The point is, you can not shoot on sight, you have to give them the oppertunity to get back to the cage, if they dont go, you kill them, if they are allready some rounds into simon says and you find them, kill them.

you can not shoot on sight at the beginning of the round.

Just watch the window at the beginning of the round, warn shoot people that are going into the cage with the window, and are trying to get out. so you wont have to look for them outside.

If the CT team fails at keeping people inside, CTs failt, not the fault of Ts escaped.

ooh and just a side note, i said shut it, cause you were threatening to kick him, because you didnt like the discussing, you can not threaten to kick if he is just discussing, there was no flaming/harassment involved in the discussion what so ever, so no reason at all to threaten to kick him, that is just abusing your powers.

You can do the command, but killing the terrorist which try to get outside is on the borderline. The easiest way to solve this problem is, when one CT get's in the cell with the breakable window right after the cells open. If that's not the case, one CT has to watch the yard and bring them back - but with a time limit, so that they have to run straight back to the cage.

Ok il explain it more

I said it was a cage day so i walked to the cage and seen no one in window cell so i said shoot anyone who trys to escape out of it (so no one has done it already i knew no one would) but then zero probaly jamp out and got killed. Then i said (before open) if you go in that cell you will be given a warn shot (so they have had there warning) then if they jump on the window we would do it again so if you jump out window you would be killed (had 2 warnings) so really ive played by the rules by giving them warn shots before letting my team mate kill them

I don't recall a single thing about warn shots to be completely honest...

i said at start if you go into the window i will warn shot you and if you jump down you will be killed

no no i mean When the T's get detected after they escape they want ct to escort them back even if u have said "do not jump down from the window or u will get killed " and when u kill them they go crazy and next round they do the exact thing
