on the picture, it looks like ct and t were fighting for the weapon room.

agito its not gunroom so he cant shoot them there its a ct area coz it got healing

we were allowed to go there agito

please provide screenshots with more than 2 kills.
its not really possible to see what happend there...
+ there is a weapon below the terror. (looks like a shotgun)
at least when looking at the position of the weapon it looks like he was carrying it with him. so the nade was propably aiming at the player who had the weapon. you being near to him and got killed along.
there is still that chance that this could be the actual happening so:
no perm ban.
